Terry Ann Dloniak, 56, of Sun City, Arizona passed away on September 14, 2014. She was born in Cleveland, OH on December 13, 1957. She had lived in Arizona for the past 28 years.
Terry is survived by her husband Henry (the love of her life); her daughter Tina Beyle (Tim); her son Michael Kolb Jr. (Kristina); her mother Florence Stallman & Step mom Violet Dloniak; her grandchildren Michelle, Megan, Natalie, Emma, and Mikee; and her sisters Doreen Martin, Karen Abbott, Joann Long and Tammy Spoden , Brothers Richard Dloniak and Robert Lavrencik ; her Goddaughter Mary Jacobson; many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father Frank Dloniak II; her two brothers Frank Dloniak III and Daniel Dloniak.
Her grandchildren were everything in her life, her heart and soul!
There will be a visitation from 10:30am until 12pm on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the Word of Life Lutheran Church, 17525 W. Bell Road, Surprise, AZ with a funeral service following at 12:00pm.
