Dolores "Del" Lorraine King, 84, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013. She was the surviving wife of Avril "Al" King. Del was born in Detroit, MI on Jan. 4, 1929, the youngest daughter of the late Charles and Stella Carr. She and Al were the proud owners of King Pest Control, Del was also a formr hairdresser. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and traveling in the RV around parts of AZ and CA together with her late husband Al. Del is survived by her three children: David Corboy, Roger Corboy, and Wende Corboy-Garcia; grandchildren Brittney Browning, Courtney Browning-Dickens, Michael Corboy, and Kristen Corboy; one great great-grandson Jayce Dickens; sister Maxine Nordley; two nieces Shannon Daniel, and Shelley Lucas; one nephew Shane Berger; and seven grandnieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Sat., Sept. 21, 2013, from 2 to 5 pm at Sunwest Funeral Home, 12525 NW Grand Ave. El Mirage, AZ. The funeral services will be held on Mon., Sept. 23, 2013 at 10 am at also at Sunwest Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Sunwest Cemetery.
